CHRISTIAN EDUCATION Patricia Sites (Chair), Wendy Huffman, Sheila Ruddle, Christie Hand, Scherry Chambers The Christian Education Committee is responsible for selection and recruitment of Sunday School teachers, youth advisors, vacation Bible school leaders, and other leaders of Christian education after consultation with the Session. This committee has the responsibility to provide space, equipment, and transportation for Christian education events, and to prepare for Rally Day celebrations and other special educational events. |

FELLOWSHIP John Michael Jenkins (Chair) The Fellowship Committee sets the times and dates, and makes special preparations for, special fellowship events for the entire church, such as picnics, fellowship dinners, retreats, social hours, etc. This committee also provides leadership for these events. |

WORSHIP AND MUSIC
Gene Scott Hammer (chair), Wendy Huffman, Becky Schlaegel, Kimberly Kline, Mary Lee Ruddle, John Dorsey, Browning Boggs, Nancy Sites
The Worship and Music Committee works with the pastor on any suggested changes in the time or order of worship, and assists the pastor in selecting familiar and new songs for congregational singing, selecting new hymnbooks, and selecting new Bibles as necessary. This committee schedules greeters and ushers for the morning worship services, gives support to the choirs and instrumentalists by acting as their liaison to the Session, and provides for choir robes, stoles, paraments, instrument tuning, and other services as needed. The committee is also responsible for finding pulpit supply to hold worship during times of pastoral vacancy. |

MISSION AND OUTREACH Sheila Ruddle (Chair), Shirley Wimer, Marian Wilfong, Christie Hand, Green Hedrick
The Mission and Outreach Committee serves as the church's heart and hand in reaching out to help the needy of the community, or helping to meet any special need that arises within our own church community or in the world at large, such as loss of homes due to fire or flood, state and national disasters, food for the hungry, and special needs of the poor. It is the duty of this committee to bring such needs to the attention of the congregation and to enlist the congregation's help in meeting these needs. The committee is also responsible for bringing the Gospel to those who have not heard of or have not yet accepted Christ, for recruiting new members from those not in a church family, and for restoring the inactive to active participation in the life of the church. |

FINANCE AND STEWARDSHIP Dyer Anderson (Chair), Brian Bland, Browning Boggs, Gene Scott Hammer, Ron Kirk, Nancy Sites The Finance and Stewardship Committee is responsible for appointing a treasurer for the church on an annual basis, and to order an annual audit of the finances. This committee is to keep abreast of the needs and resources of the church, and be ready to present any needs to the congregation in the event of a shortfall. The committee prepares an annual budget, and challenges the congregation to meet the expected needs for the budget year. |

BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS Rick Pownell and Paul Gutshall (Co-Chairs), Charles Sites, Jr., Eugene Hartman, Tom Kline, Mary Lee Ruddle, Paul Sites The Buildings and Grounds Committee is responsible for keeping the church building and manse in good repair and ready for use. The are also responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, including any landscaping and planting of flowers or shrubbery, and to make sure that any new plans for the buildings, when approved by the Session, are carried out. This committee also is responsible to see that janitorial services are provided. |

CONGREGATIONAL CARE AND VISITATION Vicky Champ (Chair) The Congregational Care and Visitation Committee looks out for the needs of the congregation, expressing love and concern from the church. The committee strives to make known to the PW Circles those individuals desiring visitation for whatever reason. |

YOUTH Rick Pownell (Chair)
The Youth Committee is working to revitalize the Youth Fellowship for all youth in grades 6 through 12 in the Franklin, Ruddle, and Upper Tract churches, and plans special events for recreation, learning, and fellowship.
